Some authors have argued that Corylopsis spicata Siebold & Zuccarini is a same species as Corylopsis sinensis Hemsley. Everyone who may visit at Koishikawa Botanical Garden (Tokyo, Japan) can know difference between Corylopsis spicata Siebold & Zuccarini and Corylopsis sinensis Hemsley.
