Note | Callicarpa japonica Thunberg forma albibacca H. Hara looks like a same spesies with Callicarpa dichotoma (Loureiro) K. Koch var. albifructus Okuyama. Sometimes there is a confusion on identification of these plants. However, Callicarpa japonica forma albibacca is a variation of Callicarpa japonica and Callicarpa dichotoma var. albifructus is a variation of Callicarpa dichotoma. These are different species each other. |
